Today's devotion is from Philippians 4:8 (AMP)
'Finally, believers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable and worthy of respect, whatever is right and confirmed by God’s Word, whatever is pure and wholesome, whatever is lovely and brings peace, whatever is admirable and of good repute; if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think continually on these things [center your mind on them, and implant them in your heart].'
Use Philippians 4:8 as a Holy Ghost filter…
I filter everything I say, think, listen to, watch, meditate on, act upon or read through Philippians 4:8.
If it is not true, or honorable, worthy of respect, right, confirmed by God’s Word, pure, wholesome, or lovely… if it does not bring peace, if it is not admirable, good repute, excellent or worthy of praise, I will not think about it, say it, respond to it or do it!
Like a water filter, filter all of your input and outflow through the Word, the Anointing, everything listed in Philippians 4:8 and the leading of the Spirit.
